During the winter, we offer Winter Free Guided Tour for foreign tourists who wish to explore the World Heritage area.
This tour will show you the highlights of Nikko's shrines and temples in one hour.
Local guides who know Nikko well will guide you with all their hearts. We look forward to seeing you there!

*The tour DOES NOT INCLUDE visits to the inside of temples and shrines.
*The tour is conducted in English.

Dates: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday in the 2nd and 3rd week during December in 2023 to March in 2024
▶December 6, 7, 9, 13, 14, 16

▶March 6, 7, 9, 13, 14, 16

Reception Place: In front of Shiunkaku, Rinnoji Temple *Adress: 2300 Sannai, Nikko-city, Tochigi

*The tour will depart as soon as the guest gather with in 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
*If you are willing to join the tour, we would recomend that you come to the reception at 10:00 a.m.
*If a tour is cancelled, we will announce on our official Facebook or Tourist Information Center at TOBU/JR Nikko stations.

How to JOIN: We don't take reservations, so please come to the Reception Place on the day if you'd like to join a tour!
